The 3D-Tronics Micro:bit Asia 2020 Challenge on 4 July 2020 at Suntec Convention Centre is an annual platform organised by Zenitant Pte Ltd, IMDA and ITE College East for students to showcase their skills in coding, digital making and problem solving.
For Primary student participants, they get to make, code and control their robots to compete in a racing track before accomplishing a few coding tasks at the finish point. For Secondary student participants, they get to make, code and control their Sumobot to push or topple other robots out of ring. The last bot standing wins
First 600 Singaporean/PR participants get to receive a free micro:bit. Each team of 4-5 pax will also receive a free micro:bit robotic kit worth $100 and 4 hours digital making workshop on how to code and make their micro:bit robot.
In addition to fringe prizes, trophies and medals, the top 3 winners of each age catergory will get to win attractive robotic kits.
